I am experienced in addressing a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, relationship/family dynamics, gender, sexuality, personal identity, grief/loss, and life's transitions. My work includes a varied client base, including experience working with the LGBTQI community and those exploring non-traditional relationship structures.
I’ve worked with adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups in a client-centered, strengths-based approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based therapy. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
